If what is going on in your life could be helpful to others, Christopher says, we have a responsibility and a duty to share that with others. It can be a big encouragement to them, and prompt them to share their story with others.
Make it personal, include details – what, where, when, why and how – and make it pictorial as that makes the story come alive for people.
